Mystic in Walibi Rhône-Alpes ( Les Avenières , Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes , France ) is a steel roller coaster of the type Infinity Coaster from the manufacturer Gerstlauer Amusement Rides , which opened on May 30, 2019. It is currently (November 2019), next to Flash: Vertical Velocity in Six Flags Discovery Kingdom , only one of two roller coasters worldwide that have a twisted inline rollback.
The 575 m long route is not a closed route, but belongs to the shuttle coaster category . After moving forward, however, the train does not reverse the entire route, only the last element, the twisted inline rollback, and is braked on the route in front of it, which is a shift lane. Then the shift lane is shifted together with the train on it so that the train can drive into the station. The track reaches a height of 31 m and has an outside top hat and three inversions : a zero g-roll , a dive loop and the twisted inline rollback.
