Nöschikon is a district of Niederglatt in the Dielsdorf district in the canton of Zurich . The name is interpreted as a settlement of the Nosso farms .

The settlement lies west of the Glatt and developed in the 20th century along the road from Zurich to Kaiserstuhl until it merged with the center of Niederglatt. It can be reached with the PostBus route 510, which connects Kaiserstuhl with Zurich Airport and also serves the nearest Niederglatt train station on the Bülach – Zurich line.

The settlement was first mentioned in the middle of the 12th century. The medieval pit houses found during an emergency excavation in 1999 also date from this time . During the excavations, the remains of a chapel with a cemetery were found.
