The National Socialist Gymnastics Community (NSTG) Troppau was a German sports club from the Moravian-Silesian Troppau . The NSTG existed until 1945. Today Opava belongs to the Czech Republic and is called Opava.

history

The NSTG Troppau was founded in 1939 as an amalgamation of all local sports clubs, including the German SV Troppau , whose DSV-Platz stadium at the Schützenhaus served as a home from then on . In 1941 the team was promoted to the Gauliga Sudetenland , from which they, like LSV Proßnitz , withdrew in November 1942. In 1943 she was assigned to the Gauliga Böhmen-Moravia , but still did not take part in the championship. It is unclear whether games continued to take place, the club went out in 1945 at the latest.
