Nadine Rebel

Nadine Sidonie Rebel (born January 7, 1975 in Mönchengladbach ) is a German sociologist and non-fiction author .

Life

Rebel completed a degree in sociology , psychology and education at the University of Augsburg from 1994 to 1999 , from which she graduated with a Magister Artium . After graduating, she went into business for herself. In 2000 she founded a management consultancy specializing in strategy development for the external appearance of companies and individuals. Among other things, Rebel was a lecturer for key qualifications at the University of Passau and the Technical University of Munich (communication in teams, leadership principles, rhetoric and body language). From 2005 to 2008, she published the topic of employee management in the Forum Verlag Herkert.

Rebel has been working as a fitness trainer since 2000 . Since 2011 she has been running her own sports studio in Augsburg .

Rebel writes non-fiction books and articles on the topics of fitness , work-life balance and sport, especially pole dance and aerial hoop . Her book Fit for work for women. Body awareness and fitness as success factors were also translated into Lithuanian .

As a dancer, Rebel performed at various national and international events. As an organizer, she also organizes pole dance competitions herself.
