Nahir Oyal Awrohum (born December 17, 1990 in Södertälje ) is a Turkish - Swedish football player.
Career
Oyal belongs to the Aramaic community that is numerous in Sweden . So he played almost exclusively in the clubs of this community, which in Sweden even has representatives in the upper leagues.
Since his ancestors immigrated from Turkey and have Turkish citizenship or were administratively viewed as such and there is a very limited number of foreigners in the upper Turkish professional leagues, football players of Turkish origin abroad became interesting for the Turkish clubs. The clubs could use this without blocking the scarce foreigner places. Under these conditions, Oyal moved together with his community member Mattias Mete in January 2014 as a loan player to the second division club Şanlıurfaspor . In April 2014, after mutual agreement with the club's management, he dissolved his contract and left this club.
