King Nán Gēng ( Chinese  南 庚 ) (*? BC; † 1409 BC) ruled China as the seventeenth or eighteenth king of the Shang dynasty for 29 years (from another source, 6 years) . He was the son of King Qiang Jia , who was the nephew of the previous King Qie Ding . He moved the capital from ( Chinese , in today's Henan Province ) to Yān ( Chinese , in today's Shandong Province ).
