Nancilea Marie Foster , b. Underwood (born September 14, 1983 in Conroe ) is a former American water diver who competed in artificial jumping from the 1-meter and 3-meter board and in 3-meter synchronized jumping.

Foster started diving at the age of five. Since 2004 she has been part of the national team, she trained under Ken Armstrong at the Woodlands Diving Academy . Her first international title fights were at the 2005 World Championships in Montreal , where she was ninth in the final from the 3-meter board and twelfth in the 3-meter synchronized jumping with Christina Loukas . At the following World Cup in 2007 in Melbourne , she finished sixth in the final of the 3-meter board and thus achieved her best World Cup placement. Foster qualified for the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008 . In the individual competition from the 3-meter board, she made it to the final and finished eighth. After the Games, Foster ended her active career. She was able to win a total of four national championship titles from the 3-meter board, two in individual jumping and two with Cassidy Krug in synchronized jumping .

Foster studied at the University of Iowa , she started for the university's sports team, the Hawkeyes . In 2005 she was able to win the silver medal from the 3-meter board at the college championships.
