Nanda Ghunti is a 6309 m high mountain in the western Himalayas in the Indian state of Uttarakhand .
The mountain is located west of the Trishul in the Nanda Devi group . It is located in the Nanda Devi National Park . A Swiss team under André Roch managed the first ascent over the eastern flank in 1947.
