The portrait of Nanette Kaulla is a painting by Joseph Karl Stieler . It is part of King Ludwig I's beauty gallery. The portrait was made in 1829 and shows Kaulla, who was 17 at the time and was also called the “most beautiful Jewess in Munich ”.

Nanette Kaulla

Nanette R. Kaulla was born in Munich in 1812. Her father was the court agent and chairman of the Jewish community in Munich Jacob Raphael Kaulla . In 1834 she married the Munich merchant Salomon Joseph Heine (1803–1863) . She died childless in November 1876.
