Naoki Hommachi ( Japanese 本 街 直樹 , Hommachi Naoki ; born July 31, 1968 in Hyōgo Prefecture ) is a former Japanese football player .
Career
Hommachi learned to play soccer on the school team at Takigawa Daini High School and the college team at Kokushikan University . He signed his first contract with Furukawa Electric in 1991 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the Japan Soccer League . With the founding of the professional league J.League in 1992 and the associated reorganization of Japanese football, Furukawa Electric became JEF United Ichihara . In 1994 he moved to the second division NEC Yamagata (today: Montedio Yamagata). For the club he completed 167 games. At the end of 1999 he ended his career as a football player.
