Naoki Kusunose ( Japanese 楠 瀬 直 木 Kusunose Naoki ; born April 17, 1964 in Tokyo Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .
Career
Kusunose learned to play football in the university team of Hōsei University . He signed his first contract with Yomiuri in 1987 . The club played in the highest league in the country, the Japan Soccer League . In 1987 he won the Kaiser Cup with the club . In 1989/90 he was runner-up in the Japan Soccer League with the club. In 1990 he moved to league rivals Honda FC . At the end of 1995 he ended his career as a football player.
From 2015 to 2018, Kusunose coached the women's U-17 junior national team. In 2016 he reached the final of the 2016 U-17 Women's World Cup .
