Narcisse Leven (born October 15, 1833 in Uerdingen , † January 6, 1915 in Paris ) was a French lawyer and politician .
Leven was a councilor and vice president of the Paris municipal parliament , co-founder of the Alliance Israélite and its president. He was also the first president of the Jewish Colonization Association (Ica).
