Narong Benjaroon (born June 8, 1986 ) is a Thai discus thrower .

Career

Narong Benjaroon gained his first international experience in 2007 when he was eliminated from the qualification at the Summer Universiade in Bangkok with 43.23 m. In 2013 he took part for the first time in the Southeast Asian Games in Naypyidaw , where he won the silver medal behind the Malaysian Muhammad Irfan Shamsuddin with a width of 52.45 m . Two years later he again won the silver medal behind Irfan Shamsuddin at the Southeast Asian Games in Singapore with 52.59 m, as well as at the Southeast Asian Games 2017 in Kuala Lumpur with 50.65 m. 2018 he took the first time at the Asian Games in Jakarta in part and was there with a throw of 48.27 meters Tenth and 2019 he won at the Southeast Asia Games in Capas with 51.29 m bronze medal behind the Irfan Shamsuddin and the Filipinos Willie Morrison .
