The Narva PSK (Estonian Narva Paemurru Spordikool ) is an Estonian ice hockey club from Narva , which was founded in 2003 as the successor to HK Narva 2000 and plays in the Meistriliiga . The club's home games are played in Narva jäähall with a capacity of 1,500 .
history
Ice hockey was first played in Narva at Narva Kreenholm . This club regularly won the Estonian championship during the Soviet Union. The club also took part in the Soviet league system at times, including the Pervaya League in 1990/91 and the USSR Cup in 1974 .
In the 1990s, Kreenholm took part as the Estonian series champion (1990 to 1996) in the European Ice Hockey Cup. In 1999 the club was renamed HK Narva 2000 and in 2001 again reached first place in the Estonian league.
In 2003 the club was dissolved and the Narva PSK was founded as a successor club from a local sports school. In 2004 and 2011, the PSK reached the Estonian runner-up.
