The Nash Peak is a 1600 m high and striking mountain peak in the northwest of the Antarctic Ross Island . It rises 2.2 km northwest of the summit of Mount Bird .
The New Zealand Geographic Board named him in 2000 after Walter Nash (1882-1968), New Zealand's Prime Minister from 1957 to 1960, who was one of the signatories of the Antarctic Treaty .
