Natalija Tichonowa ( Ukrainian Наталія Тихонова , Russian Наталья Тихонова , English transcription Nataliya Tikhonova ; born November 12, 1990 ) is a Ukrainian biathlete .

Natalija Tichonowa made her international debut at the 2008 Biathlon Junior World Championships in Ruhpolding , where she was 62nd in the individual, 47th in the sprint, 45th in the pursuit and ninth in the relay. It was not until 2011 that the Ukrainian came on further missions. First, she competed at the 2011 European Biathlon Championships in Ridanna and was 41st in the individual and 45th in the sprint. In the pursuit race, she retired as a lapped runner. At the Summer Biathlon World Championships in Nové Město na Moravě later in the year, she competed in the junior races and was lapped 31st in the sprint and in pursuit. In the 2011/12 season Tichonowa made her debut in the IBU Cup and was 48 in her first individual. She won first points later in the season as 30th in a sprint in Obertilliach , where she also competed with Julija Dschyma , Vitaly Kiltschyzkyj and Artem Pryma Eighth in the first mixed relay race in IBU Cup history.
