This list includes all of the historic districts on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP).
Number of objects and historical districts
1 The division into areas according to cardinal points is not official.
2 The following six objects are listed in several lists due to their location and extent:
- Puente Arenas : Cayey and Cidra
- Puente La Liendre : Cayey and Cidra
- Puente Plata : Bayamón and Naranjito
- Puente de Añasco : Añasco and Mayagüez
- San Juan National Historic Site : San Juan and Toa Baja
- Puente Silva : Hormigueros and Cabo Rojo
