The National Cycle Route 2 is one of nine long-distance routes in Norway . The route is about 360 km long (including the ferry connections), is signposted from Skien to Lysebotn and is also known as the canal route.
The route from Skien to Dalen runs parallel to the Telemark Canal . The ferry must be used from Lysebotn to Forsand.
