National cycle route 1 (Norway)
The National Cycle Route 1 (Norway) is one of nine long-distance routes in Norway . The route is partially signposted (red, square sign with a white bicycle, below it the white number 1 in a green field).
It is the longest of the national routes and at the same time the only one that has a connection with all the others. It is also the only one that extends north of Trondheim.
Route
The route is divided into three large sections. Section 1A coincides with the Norwegian part of the North Sea Cycle Route .

- Arendal
- Kristiansand (connecting route 3 )
- Stavanger (connecting route 2 )

- Bergen (connection route 4 )

- Mountains
- Ålesund (connection to route 3 )
- Molde (connection to Route 8 )
- Kristiansund
