Nature reserve Hoher Bilstein

The nature reserve Hoher Bilstein is a 11.27 hectare nature reserve (NSG) east of the Bigge lake in the urban area of Olpe in the Olpe district in North Rhine-Westphalia . It was designated in 2013 by the district council with the landscape plan No. 1 Biggetalsperre - Listertalsperre . Only a circular route separates the NSG from the Biggesee.

Area description

The NSG is a biotope complex with an oak forest with rocky areas with rare plant and animal species.
