Naval Special Warfare Center

The Naval Special Warfare Center (NSWC) (officially: United States Phil Bucklew Naval Special Warfare Center , colloquially: The Center ) is the central training facility for special warfare of the US Navy and a component command of the superordinate US Naval Special Warfare Command (NAVSPECWARCOM or NAVSOC) (German naval command for special warfare of the United States ).

The NSWC trains both the US Navy SEALs and the Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewmen (SWCC) and is headquartered at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado in the US state of California .
