action

The childish and intelligent Nina Brlek lives with her parents Vlado and Mira and her brother Davor in a suburb of Zagreb . She has excellent grades but so far hasn't got a good job because of her looks. This changes when Nina successfully applies for a job as secretary to the junior managing director at the fashion company H-Moda . The company is run by Victor Glowatzky, who plans to hand over the management to his son David. This news is a thorn in the side of Petar Vidić, David's greatest competitor and editor of H-Moda's magazine Helena , and his lover Monika Marinović. Petar is also the brother of David's fiancé Barbara.

Nina falls in love with David, but at the same time crosses the intrigues surrounding the Glowatzki family. Barbara asks her recently divorced friend Patricija to keep an eye on her fiancé, as she sees Nina as a danger to their love.
