Nebula is an American , in 1997 by members of the band Fu Manchu founded stoner rock - band . They achieved notoriety outside of the stoner rock scene through contributions to the soundtracks of the computer games NHL 2K7 , Tony Hawk's Underground 2 and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 .
