Nedim Peter Vogt

Nedim Peter Vogt (* 1952 ) is a Swiss lawyer .

Life

After his doctorate as Dr. iur. In 1982 in Zurich, he obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Harvard Law School in 1983 . He then worked for Cleary, Gottlieb (1983) and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind (1984) in New York and returned to Zurich in 1985. Until 2011 he was a partner at the law firm Bär & Karrer in Zurich and a lecturer at the University of Zurich .

Together with Heinrich Honsell he founded the Basel Commentary as co-editor in 1992 and together with Hermann Schulin he is co-editor of the Texto legal edition on the OR, the law of obligations with subsidiary edicts.

Vogt was a member of the Advisory Board of the Swiss Association of Trust Companies.
