Neil E. Willard
Neil E. Willard (born May 9, 1937 in Montreal , † March 25, 1998 ibid) was auxiliary bishop in Montréal .
Life
He was ordained a priest on May 27, 1961 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him on June 27, 1995 auxiliary bishop in Montréal and titular bishop of Tisedi . The Archbishop of Montréal, Cardinal Jean-Claude Turcotte donated him episcopal ordination on August 15 of the same year ; Co-consecrators were Jude Saint-Antoine , Auxiliary Bishop in Montréal, and Leonard James Crowley , Auxiliary Bishop Emeritus in Montréal.
