Leonard James Crowley (born December 28, 1921 in Montréal , † March 15, 2003 ) was auxiliary bishop in Montréal .

Life

Leonard James Crowley was ordained a priest on May 31, 1947 .

Paul VI appointed him on February 8, 1971 auxiliary bishop in Montréal and titular bishop of Mons in Numidia . The Archbishop of Montreal, Paul Grégoire , dedicated it on March 24 of the same year Bishop ; Co- consecrators were Lawrence Patrick Whelan , Auxiliary Bishop of Montréal, and Norman Joseph Gallagher , Bishop of Thunder Bay .

On March 26, 1997, Pope John Paul II accepted his age-related resignation.
