The Neill Peak is a 460 m high mountain at the Mawson coast of the East Antarctic Mac Robertson Lands . It rises 5 km southwest of the Scullin monolith .
Participants of the British Australian and New Zealand Antarctic Research Expedition (1929-1931) under the direction of the Australian polar explorer Douglas Mawson discovered him on February 13, 1931. Mawson named him after his friend Eric Vansittart Ernest Neill (1878-1955), who helped raise funds for the research trip.
