The national road B14 is the newest national road in Namibia . It was opened in April 2018, largely along the formerly unpaved main road C22 . A further expansion from Gobabis south to Aranos over 289 kilometers has been driven forward since 2015.

The B14 currently leads (as of April 2018) as a paved two-lane road from Gobabis in the south via Otjinene to Okondjatu, where it leaves the course of the former C22 and heads north via Okamatapati to Grootfontein . It is also asphalted from Gobabis to the south over 100 kilometers to Onderombapa. The remaining 135 kilometers to Aranos should be completed by October 2021.
