The national road B15 ( English National Road B15 ) is a national road in Namibia and runs in a northerly direction from the northern Namibian city of Tsumeb via Tsintsabis and Mpungu to Katwitwi .

The construction costs of the 210-kilometer-long asphalt road, which is supposed to stimulate trade with Angola, amounted to 910 million Namibian dollars . The construction has been carried out in three stages since 2009 by the Namibian Roads Contractor Company (RCC) and the Chinese construction company China Henan International Cooperation Group . The street was inaugurated by President Pohamba on December 13, 2013.
