Nele Moost

Nele Moost (* 1952 in Berlin ) is a German author for children's and adult literature.

Nele Moost spent part of her childhood in Sweden. She then studied politics and German and worked as a lecturer in a children's book publisher. For a number of years she has been writing stories for adults, but above all stories for children, and leading theater groups. Nele Moost is one of the best-known authors of children's books in Germany. Her books have been translated into 18 languages. Her stories of the little raven sock , illustrated by Annet Rudolph , are particularly well known . These and other of her works have now also appeared in audio versions, spoken by the actors and voice actors Joachim Kaps and Monty Arnold , among others .

Nele Moost lives in Berlin today.
