The Neny Fjord is a 16 km long and 8 km wide fjord on the Fallières coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . It is between Red Rock Ridge on the Gabriel Peninsula and the Roman Four Promontory .
This stretch of coast was first explored in 1909 during the Fifth French Antarctic Expedition (1908-1910) under the direction of Jean-Baptiste Charcots . Charcot apparently gave this name to an object north of the bay. As a result of detailed survey work as part of the British Graham Land Expedition (1934-1937) under the direction of the Australian polar explorer John Rymill , the name was transferred to the fjord described here.
