The Nesselsdorf B was the successor to the Nesselsdorf Neuer Vierer / Zweier , a car that the Nesselsdorfer Wagenbau-Fabriks-Gesellschaft launched in 1902.

Like its predecessor, the vehicle had a side-controlled two - cylinder boxer engine with a displacement of 3188 cm³ and an output of 12 hp (8.8 kW) installed under the floor of the vehicle. There were different bodies with four, six and eight seats as a tonneau , coupé , break ( delivery van ) etc. A total of 31 vehicles were produced in two years.

1904 this type was the type E replaced.
