Neue Grafik (actually Fred N'thepe , * around 1990 in Paris ) is a French musician ( keyboards , composition ), house DJ and music producer .
Live and act
N'thepe grew up in Paris and also had music lessons there. After listening to New York hip-hop music from the 1990s, he discovered the music of Charlie Parker and Miles Davis when he was 15 . He established himself as a house producer in Paris and received recommendations from Beat X Changers and Wolf Music and Rhythm Section . He then moved to south London to be closer to the city's jazz scene; then he studied jazz at the Bill Evans Academy in Paris. From the early 2010s, he presented a number of singles and EPs under the pseudonym Neue Grafik ; In 2017 the EP Soul Conspiracy was released . According to Bandcamp Daily, his album Foulden Road (2019) combines "the sparkling sound of piano jazz with the dance-driven sound of late-night London".
