The new settlement in Statzendorf is a former miners' colony of the Statzendorfer Kohlenwerke AG mine in Wölbling .

The settlement is located northwest of the village of Statzendorf in the Absdorf cadastral community . It used to be directly adjacent to the processing plants and loading ramps at Statzendorf station, which were in operation until 1941. The company's administration building is located south of the Neue Siedlung.
