The Neue Zeitschrift für Wehrrecht ( NZWehrr ) has been published since 1959. Six issues appear per year. The magazine is published by Luchterhand-Verlag (now: Wolters Kluwer ).

In addition to decisions by the Federal Administrative Court , the troop service courts and other courts, the Neue Zeitschrift für Wehrrecht also publishes articles and other articles. It is regarded as the most important periodical for the administration of justice by the Bundeswehr and has also been quoted several times by the Federal Constitutional Court . The historical predecessor of the Neue Zeitschrift für Wehrrecht was the Zeitschrift für Wehrrecht , which was published from 1936 to 1944 by the Academy for German Law .
