The Neumayer Glacier is a 13 km long and up to 3 km wide glacier that flows on South Georgia in an easterly direction along the northern flank of the Allardyce Range to the western head end of Cumberland West Bay .
It was mapped by participants in the Swedish Antarctic Expedition (1901-1903) under the direction of Otto Nordenskjöld , who named it after the German geophysicist and polar explorer Georg von Neumayer (1826-1909).
