The building Neustadt 115 is a Grade II listed house in the town of Güntersberge of city Harzgerode in resin in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in a prominent corner location, which is important for urban development, at the confluence of Klausstrasse and Neustadt street in the city center of Güntersberge.

Architecture and history

The two-storey building was built in half-timbered construction. The half-timbered structure of the house combines the traditional decorations from around 1700 with elements of Art Nouveau . The corner position is emphasized by a bay window in front of the upper floor . There is a shop in the corner on the ground floor.

There is a lower half-timbered extension on the east side.

In the local register of monuments , the house is listed as a monument under registration number 094 84975 .
