Neuwildflecken was a municipality in the district of Brückenau .

The community was newly formed on April 1, 1951 from the Wildflecken Heeresguts district . It consisted at the community education from the villages Reußendorf and Werberg , the settlements Am Kreuzberg , Arnsberg and Neuwildflecken, the deserts Ebertshof and House franc and the pilgrimage chapel Maria Ehrenberg and included 5812.66 hectares . At the 1952 census, the parish had 2,064 inhabitants.

In 1961 the area was 5857.17 hectares. In 1961 the parish village of Neuwildflecken, the church village of Werberg and the settlement of Oberwildflecken with a total of 1827 inhabitants were inhabited . The places Arnsberg, Ebertshof, Haus Franken, Reussendorf and Schmelzhof were already included in the Wildflecken military training area and relocated.

On July 1, 1970, the community was incorporated into Wildflecken . The parish village of Neuwildflecken had 1104 inhabitants at the 1970 census.
