Ni na nebu ni na zemlji (German: Neither in heaven nor on earth ) is a Serbian film from 1994 . Directed by Miloš Miša Radivojević .

The film is set in Belgrade in 1993, which suffered from UN sanctions during the Milošević regime . The young architect Nikola, nicknamed “Champion”, which he received as a driver of racing boats, suffers from political lethargy and a lack of prospects. Nikola's well-trained friends Miško and Stole also lead precarious lives and call themselves “contemporary witnesses” for Serbia at the beginning of the 1990s. His girlfriend Ana takes a liking to Nikola's charm.
