Nico Lauenstein (born January 12, 1986 in Osterode am Harz ) is a German soccer player . The goalkeeper has been playing in the Braunschweig regional league for MTV Wolfenbüttel since summer 2013 .

Career

In his youth Lauenstein played for SV Scharzfeld, VfR Osterode and Hertha BSC . In 2004 he went to Eintracht Braunschweig. From 2004 to 2008 he was used exclusively in the second team, with which he played in the major league. In the 2008/09 season he was also used in the Braunschweig third division team. In 2009 he moved to the Lower Saxony Oberliga for SC Goslar. In 2012, the Goslar team managed to get promoted to the Regionalliga Nord with him as a regular goalkeeper. In 2013 he joined the national league for MTV Wolfenbüttel for professional reasons .
