Nicole DeHuff

Nicole DeHuff (born January 6, 1975 in Antlers , Oklahoma , † February 16, 2005 in Los Angeles , California ) was an American actress .

Life

She graduated from Carnegie Mellon University's School of Drama in 1998 with a BA in Drama and was married to director Ari Palitz since November 11, 2000 . After graduating, she went to Los Angeles.

Her first film was My Bride, Her Dad and I (with Robert De Niro and Ben Stiller ) in 2000 , in which she played the lead actress' younger sister Debbie.

She went to hospital twice in February 2005 because of severe pain, but was sent home both times because the doctors failed to recognize her severe pneumonia . Shortly before she died, she collapsed at home with difficulty breathing. Nicole DeHuff was 30 years old.

Filmography

DeHuff also appeared in Suspect Zero and Lake Arnold Run, and starred in Unbeatable Harold , which was directed by her husband.

She had a permanent role on the television series The Court and has also appeared in series such as CSI: Miami , Without a Trace , Police Report , Practice - The Lawyers and Monk .
