Nicole Corinne Remund (born December 31, 1989 in Zurich ) is a Swiss soccer player who has been under contract with FC Luzern Frauen since the beginning of 2016 and mainly plays as the right wing.

Career

Remund played in her youth at SC Steinhausen and SK Root. In summer 2008 she moved to SC Kriens and after three years in summer 2011 to FC Zurich Women . With this she subsequently won several championship titles in the National League A as well as the Swiss Cup competition in 2012, 2013 and 2015. In the 2013/14 season she reached the round of 16 in the UEFA Women's Champions League with Zurich , where she failed with two defeats at FC Barcelona . In the following year the round of 16 was reached again, this time the home game against Glasgow City LFC was won 2-1, but the second leg was lost 2-4. For the second half of 2015/2016, she moved to the top football department of FC Luzern Women.

National team

Remund made his debut on March 8, 2009 in a 5-0 win against Slovenia in the Swiss women's national football team and, except in 2012, he made regular appearances. In the summer of 2014 she was able to qualify for the 2015 World Cup for the first time with the national team. In May 2015 she was nominated for the World Cup squad. On September 30, 2015 Remund announced his resignation from the national team.
