Architecture and history

The two-story half - timbered house was probably built in the 17th century. During the 19th century, a renovation took place, which also resulted in the fact that the half-timbered element of the Thuringian ladder on the right-hand side, recognizable on the left-hand side, is no longer continued. The high -quality window sashes date from the early 19th century.

In the local register of monuments , the house has been listed as a monument since August 30, 2000 under the registration number 094 30264 . The residential building is considered to be culturally, artistically and urbanistically significant. It is seen as an example of the careful further development of the half-timbered building despite the renovation.
