Nieves Hernández
Nieves Hernández (born October 30, 1901 , † October 11, 1986 ), also known by the nickname Patarato ( Spanish in about for joke ), was a Mexican football player in the position of the right wing striker .
Life
"Patarato" Hernández played in the 1920s for Club América , with whom he possibly won four championship titles between 1925 and 1928 , although his name appears in the regular formation of the championship teams of Club América only in the seasons 1924/25 and 1925/26 .
However, his association with the Americanistas is indicated on May 30, 1928, when he played his only international match for the Mexican national team in the 1928 Olympic football tournament , which was lost to Spain 7-1.
Immediately after the Olympic Games, Nieves Hernández switched to CD Marte , with which he won another championship title in the 1928/29 season. Should he have been involved in all four championship titles of the Club América, he would have been Mexican champions five times in a row.
In the early 1930s he made a guest appearance at Club Leonés , which was only represented in the capital league for two years (1931-1933) .
