Nigel Cole
Nigel Cole (* 1959 ) is a British director .
He started his career in the theater and later switched to television, where he directed the first award-winning British comedy series Cold Feet .
His cinema debut in 2000 was grass whispering and brought many successes, including the Audience Award at the Sundance Film Festival , so that Cole stayed with the cinema. His film Calendar Girls won a 2003 British Comedy Awards .
Nigel Cole is in a relationship with British actress Kate Isitt , with whom he has two children. Cole lives very withdrawn with his family and is very concerned about his private life, so that very little is known about him.
