Nikola Ćućuz

Nikola Ćućuz ( Serbian - Cyrillic Никола Ћућуз ; born December 25, 1930 in Neteča near Virovitica , Yugoslavia ) is a Serbian transport scientist .

Life

He studied at the University of Belgrade , worked as a teacher at two technical high schools in Belgrade, and from 1961 worked at the University of Belgrade as an assistant and lecturer. He received his doctorate in 1970 at the Mechanical Engineering Faculty of the University of Belgrade with a thesis on the dynamic behavior of rail vehicles when cornering from the perspective of non-linear theory and was first an associate, then a full professor at the University of Belgrade. In addition, he was professor for postgraduate courses at the universities of Niš , Sarajevo , Skopje and Zagreb in the 1970s ; In 1976 he was a visiting professor in Tokyo . From 1983 to 1987 he headed the Department of Road Traffic at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic at the University of Belgrade, then until 1995 he held the Chair of Road Vehicles at the same faculty.
