Nikolai Kirillovich Antipov
Nikolai Kirillowitsch Antipow (born December 15, 1894 , † July 29, 1938 in Moscow ) was a Soviet state and party functionary .
He became a member of the Bolsheviks in 1912 . From 1928 to 1931 he was People's Commissar for Post and Telegraph of the USSR. In 1935 he became deputy chairman of the Council of People's Commissars . In the course of the Stalin purges Antipov was arrested in 1937, sentenced to death in 1938 and executed .
