Nikolai Pavlovich Glebov-Avilov ( Russian Николай Павлович Глебов-Авилов ., Scientific transliteration Nikolaj Pavlovič Glebov-Avilov ; born October 11 . Jul / 23. October  1887 greg. In Kaluga ; † 13. March 1937 ) was a Soviet politician . After the October Revolution in 1917, he was the first People's Commissar for Post and Telegraphs for a short time . In 1918 he became a commissioner for the Black Sea Fleet . He was executed during the Stalin Purge in 1937. In 1956 he was rehabilitated.
