Nikolai Pavlovich Bryukhanov
Nikolai Pavlovich Bryukhanov ( Russian Николай Павлович Брюханов ; December 16 . Jul / 28. December 1878 greg. In Simbirsk , Russian Empire - 1. September 1938 , Soviet Union ) was a Soviet politician.
From 1921 to 1923 he was People's Commissar for Food in the Russian Soviet Republic , and from 1923 to 1924 for the Soviet Union . From February 7 to August 28, 1923 he was a member of the Revolutionary War Council . From 1926 to 1930 he was People's Commissar for Finance of the Soviet Union. On February 3, 1938, he was arrested during the Great Terror and shot on September 1, 1938. In 1956 he was rehabilitated.
