Nikolaj von Brunnow
Nikolaj von Brunnow , also Nikolaj Ivanowitsch Brunnow ( Russian: Никола́й Иванович Бруннов , * 13 January July / 25 January 1808 greg. In Moscow ; † 29 May July / 10 June 1885 greg. ) Was a Russian major general .
Life
Brunnow was a member of the Courland noble family von Brunnow . His parents were the Russian commission agent and staff captain Iwan Fedorowitsch von Brunnow († 1821) and Antonia Martynowna Szymanska († 1847).
In 1851 Brunnow requested entry in the 6th part of the nobility register of the Moscow Governorate . On November 26, 1855, he was awarded the Order of St. George, IV class, as a lieutenant colonel . He was buried in Moscow.
From his marriage to Lydia Wassilewskaja, mistress on Orechowka near Kromy , a son and a daughter were born.
